Welcome to the CCM Crowd and Crisis management course. The course is intended for the crew members who participate in the safety structure in accordance with tables A-V/2 of the 1978 STCW code and recommendations from the IMO model courses 1.41, 1.42 and 1.44.

To complete the course you must pass through all lessons and topics. All quizes must be passed at least with 75% correct answers. Finishing topics or lessons, click “Mark complite”. You see course progression from top right.

If you have spent less than 30 minutes to complete a lesson, you will not be able to move on to the next lesson.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will acquire competences in:

  • Crowd management

  • Instructing passengers in an emergency

  • Crisis management

  • Human behavior

  • Ensuring the safety of passengers, survival of cargo, and water tightness of the hull

  • Assisting passengers
  • Mustering procedures

  • Assessment (Test)

Objectives

This training is designed to provide participants with a essential understanding of safety and emergency response methods while working on offshore rigs – ships. Many survival techniques and safety offshore culture (including helicopter underwater escape) will be explained through the training.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

Participants in this course must have a medical certificate that is fit to participate in this training and to sign self declaration medical form.
